One more man
Nick spent most of his early years playing video games. Now Nick did do other things like eat and sleep occasionally, but only when our mom made him. Nick got upset when Karl turned off his Nintendo and threw a chair into the Laser Disc player which broke the Laser Disc player. At least part of his punishment was that he was no longer allowed to play Nintendo for some specified period of time. This was like forcing Nick not to breath. Our next door neighbors came home one evening to find Nick in their house playing their Nintendo. Since Nick was not allowed to play Nintendo at home, his solution was to break into the neighbor’s house and play their Nintendo while they were gone. Now what happened when our neighbors found Nick in their living room playing their Nintendo is hard to believe for those who didn’t actually grow up with Nick. To those of us who did grow up with Nick it makes perfect sense. Our neighbors were understandably shocked to see Nick in their house playing videos games. Even more shocking was that Nick did not stop playing the video game when they came through the door and into the living room where Nick was heavily engaged in his game. Our neighbors stood in amazement for a moment or two watching Nick and then finally yelled the question, “Nick what are you doing in our house?!! Nick’s response was as follows: “Wait . . . I have one more man.”
Who is this?
After Karl was no longer living at home anymore he called home and Nick answered. Karl asked a few questions and realized that Nick did not realize who he was talking to, so Karl asked, “Nick, do you know who this is? Nick confidentially replied, “Yea, Nick.”
